a bit about me:
Obiageli has worked in the field of education for over a decade. She has completed her Master’s degree in Education Technology from Arizona State University and has received a Doctorate in Leadership and Education with a research focus on student engagement in virtual learning environments.
Some of her professional experiences include working as a K-12 Teacher within the Phoenix Metropolitan area, in which she assisted colleagues with the incorporation of technology into their classrooms, as an Education Program Specialist overseeing 33 school district's Title I and Migrant Education Programs for the Arizona Department of Education, an Instructional Specialist/Researcher for the ASU College of Nursing and Health Innovation for the research project Navigators for Health, an Instructional Designer for EdPlus: ASU Online, a Senior Instructional Designer overseeing Future H2O's Executive Education and Online Learning programming, as well as a Senior Instructional Designer at Sonora Quest Laboratories, and as the Director of Course Design and Development at the Arizona College of Nursing, where she advanced the use of educational technology to meet student learning outcomes, leveraged technology to craft engaging residential, blended, and online learning environments, and analyzed select program effectiveness data for continuous quality improvement efforts. Within her current role, Obiageli serves as the CEO & Founder of Smart Course Design, an instructional design and e-learning course development company.
